Women's Self Defense Class

Ladies, it’s time to take charge! The SERVE Ministry is encouraging you to empower yourself and join us for an action-packed self-defense class designed for women of all ages and fitness levels—because your safety and confidence matter! Join us on May 17th at 2:00 PM in the Lowry Center to learn practical techniques to stay safe and build confidence, all while having fun in a supportive, empowering environment.
